Returning of unwanted goods

Unwanted goods can be returned if the following conditions are met:

• • Goods are not damaged and in good condition.
• • Goods are not opened.

Damaged goods

In the case that you received damaged goods please return them to us the same way we sent them to you (either via Pudo or Postnet).

It will be up to the consumer to decide either:

• 1. Receive a refund
• 2. Let us replace the item with one that is not damaged

Defective goods

No refunds will be givin in case any of these conditions are met

• 1. The item was damaged while not being used for its intended purpose
• 2. Damaged due to consumer negligence
• 3. Failure to adequately care for the product
• 4. Damage arising from unauthorised alterations to the product

Refund methods

Should you be elegible for a refund we will refund you via EFT within 5 to 7 business days.
